Product Warranty
The warranty period starts from the delivery date of the elevator and is 3 (Three) + 2 years. However, for the validity of this warranty, the company that installed the elevator must perform monthly maintenance and the company charges a fee for this maintenance.
All parts of the elevator we install, except for consumables, are under the warranty of our company.
In case the elevator breaks down during the warranty period, the time spent in repair is added to the warranty period.
The repair period of the elevator is a maximum of 20 days.
In case the elevator breaks down during the warranty period due to material and workmanship or assembly errors, it will be repaired without any charge under any other name, such as labor cost, replaced part fee or any other fee.
In case the same failure occurs more than twice or different failures occur more than four times within a year from the delivery date, the ELEVATOR system becomes unserviceable, the maximum period valid for repair is exceeded, or it is determined by a report issued by one of the material manufacturers that the failure cannot be repaired, the replacement process will be carried out free of charge.
