Preliminary projects must be drawn by an engineer with an authorized SMM certificate on Elevators by elevator companies or Electrical and Mechanical Project offices.

At what stage of the construction should an agreement be made with the elevator company?
 
After the rough construction is completed, when the plastering starts, it will be the right time to make an agreement with the elevator company. Plastering and coating works on the edges of the elevator doors on the landings will not work unless the assembly is done and the flow of your work will slow down.
 
How many months will it take to complete the assembly of the elevator after the agreement is made?
 
The completion of the elevator is approximately 3 months according to our contract period. The manufacturing and supply process in factories is much more than the assembly of the elevator in the construction. When the management is formed in the building and the Maintenance Agreement is signed, the warranty period starts from the moment the elevator is delivered to the building management, that is, the end users, after a final cleaning and adjustments are made.
 
Is it possible to operate the elevator with construction site electricity?
 
Yes, it is possible, but it is risky. All malfunctions that occur during use with construction site electricity are under warranty and are the responsibility of the person who keeps it open for use. However, it is legally forbidden to operate the elevator without connecting electricity from TEK.
 
What is the workflow plan for elevator installation?
 
After the agreement is made, the projects are drawn after the survey is taken and the rail door assembly is done in the first stage. If the construction of the machine room is completed, the machine engine assembly can also be done. After these processes are completed, the assembly is interrupted for the rough construction and renovation works. After the door edge renovations and landing flooring are completed, the cabin table installation and processes, which we call fine works, are continued.
